My name is Aneta Papatolios. I hold a Master of Law degree and work as a Legal Adviser and Insurance Specialist, supporting individuals and families with a wide range of legal, employment, benefits, housing and insurance matters.

My work focuses on practical support in real-life situations — from employment disputes, grievances and ACAS matters, through PIP and other benefit applications and appeals, to housing and council matters, consumer disputes, insurance claims and other legal and administrative issues.

I assist clients at every stage of their case: reviewing documents and evidence, preparing formal correspondence, complaints and appeals, communicating with employers and organisations, and helping clients understand their rights, options and the next steps available to them.

I believe that professional advice should be clear, practical and accessible. Every case is different, which is why I take the time to understand the circumstances, organise the evidence and develop an appropriate strategy for the individual client.
